Various cells are constituted in this polytechnic with the objective:
1. To help the students
2. To Develop their personality which helps the students and staff in career development.
1. CAREER AND GUIDANCE CELL
Career Guidance cell guides the students about the choices of careeer ,they should adopt after completing their matric exam. It is also responsible for admission of students in this polytechnic college.
2. Training and Placement Cell
Malwa Polytechnic College aims at not merely providing degrees to its students but also to impart skill which will train them for any professional challenge. In pursuance to its belief that corporate world demands more than academics, MPCF has established its Training and placement cell to groom the students to meet the corporate expectations. Training and placement activity is the important part in the life of student. Training and placement officer is responsible for training of faculty and students, and placement of the students.ο€ The staff and coordinators of various disciplines handle all placement activities on the campus. Continuous tracked efforts of T.P.O. have resulted in increasing placement of the students every year. The college organizes lectures/seminars of well known professionals and Industrial Experts regularly to develop overall personality of students which helps them for preparation of Interviews. In addition Group Discussions and Personal Interviews are also been carried out.
3. STAFF DEVELOPMENT CELL
Staff Development Cell is responsible for the development of the staff respect to the new technology by providing short and long term courses.
