NSS (National Service Scheme) is a building block of moral and ethical education in any institute. In our Malwa polytechnic College, three units of NSS are operating under the guidance of principle and staff members. In the last academic year, three one-day NSS camps ware organized to beautify the campus scenery and provide the spirit of service to the volunteer. Under the supervision of Mr. Jagjit Singh chahal, Director Youth Welfare Service, District Faridkot, the college is making untiring efforts to inculcate the qualities of humility, services and servitude to humanity among the students actively participate in any such endeavor conducted by the wing of the college. Blood-Donating camps are also organized by the NSS committee almost twice a year in which almost 200 units of blood are donated to the local hospital. Aldo tree- plantation drive is launched in the months of March and August to preserve the ecosystem towards large motifs like Green Earth Campaign. The unit is making headway progress under the kind guidance of our principal Mr. AS Gill and vice- principal Er. JSP Sekhon. NSS also endeavors to inculcate the love for their Alma-mater i.e. Malwa Polytechnic College by duly assigning various benevolent services in the campus.
